Determinación de compuestos orgánicos para el estudio de suelos contaminados: diseño de procedimientos analíticos para su adecuación a la nueva legislación española (R.D. 9/2005)

Se ha realizado un diseño de protocolos de análisis de diversos compuestos orgánicos semivolátiles (pesticidas organoclorados, PCB, PAH y fenoles) determinados mediante técnicas cromatográficas basadas en métodos de la EPA para cumplir con los niveles genéricos de referencia recogidos dentro de los anexos V y VI RD 9/2005. Se ha obtenido una excelente linealidad en el intervalo de concentraciones diseñado y sensibilidad requerida para todos los compuestos analizados. Para el grupo de pesticidas organoclorados y los PCB la sensibilidad más alta se obtiene con el detector de captura electrónica (GC-ECD). La mejor técnica para determinar los PAH es la cromatografía líquida (HPLC) con detector de fluorescencia, y HPLC con detector de ultravioleta para los fenoles.
